NuTonomy Adds Peugeot Cars to Self-Driving Car Test Fleet

Autonomous car startup nuTonomy Inc. tells Bloomberg News it will partner with PSA Group to equip several Peugeot 3008 crossover vehicles for self-driving tests in Singapore this autumn.

The Cambridge, Mass.-based business has said it aims to put a fleet of for-profit robotic taxis on the road in Singapore next year.

NuTonomy began testing its technology in specially equipped Mitsubishi and Renault vehicles last August in Singapore. The company also is conducting evaluations with a few Renault Zoe electric vehicles in Boston.
